im from the netherland
so my native language is dutch


do u know where i could find one of these 90 degree milling heads ?
im shure i would use this machine much more if i could find one


if i find one im probably going to change the motor to a newwer version on wich u can controll the rpm
and then with a direct belt and pulley to the main spindle
this way i can keep the machine`s parts original and just add some modern touch to it

, I only know 5 Detombay ,with your ( by the mean of this forum ! )
Of course you could do more things with it !

But I believe is not to hard to adapt a head coming from a another brand ( by the mean of a flange )

Une petite question. Je suis novice en la matière et je voudrais savoir qu elle dimaètre max peut elle supporter ? vitesse max 1150 tr/min +/- . Car je n'ai encore rien comme fraises et je dois investir. Pour les fraises plongeantes c'est bien en 2 lèvres jusqu'au centre ? merci bcp

Avec un VF à 80 hz je monte jusqu’à 1800 Tr/min
Malgrés que j'aille remplacé les coussinets par des roulements , c'est sans doute pas trop recommandable , il faudrait une boite de vitesse à bain d'huile ( harnais et tête )
C'est une machine robuste et rigide qui ne craint pas d'attaquer de l'acier
Le Diam max que j'ai utilisé est un tourteau de diam 80mm , tout est une question de vitesse , d'avance et de profondeur de passe
( plein d'info sur le site )

Je te conseille de t'équiper d'un porte pince ( ex ER32 ) tu pourra ainsi monter des fraises de diam 3 à 20 ,ravageuse ou finition
Pour débuter gentiment c'est très bien

Coupe au centre , çad une dent passe par le centre ( asymétrie )

Super merci!!!!! Je suis etonné pour le tourtaux ! Je les pensé proscrit pour cette fraiseuse. Je voyais max 20mm. Cela vaut il la peine des pinces en desous de 5 mm? Vous est ce bien un cm3 en M10 ? Car je n ai rien eu avec ... tirant etc... MP merci
