I never try only the stgips but peraps it's possible with the schema fig5:

vboot is a capacitor (for exemple 10µ-16V chimique +at the top in a schema) when the bottom igbt is on, this capa charge at 15V and after when the top igbt is on, this 15V is floating and supply the circuit gate of this top igbt. Top and bottom igbt never on in the same time!
For charge, L is too complicate, I take R a bulbe for exemple 230V/60W...
