ok dear men ,
I fix all problem the principal defeckt it was ,, filter T,, so 220v/50hz burn all varistors (varistor it is important protection for high voltaje).
But I mistake when positions gate igtb and result burn igtb ,I change igtb and position correct all gates igtb.
In this moment my ,,KEMPPI MASTERTIG 1500,, good function but not start coller.
I chek with 12v/dc coller it is good function .
I supouse not arivve signal for start coller .
Please tell me you have one idea whay not function my cooler ?

What do you mean by : good function but not start coller?
Have you checked rectifier diodes?
