    Voila mon premier sujet.
    Qui n'a jamais eu envie de réaliser un usinage trochoïdal[/color] !
    Oui ce truc de malade qui bouge dans tous les sens et qui fait une rainure de 15mm de large sur 40mm de profondeur avec 2500 trs/minutes et 800 avance a la table avec une fraise de diametre 10MM longueur de coupe 40MM!
    Oui c'est possible sans logiciel de CFAO ou autre truc de ce genre qui coute un bras deux jambes :-D
    Oui sur sa vieille CN Num avec des vitesses de malade!
    Oui c'est possible comme sur ces machines dernier cri qui nous font tous envie mais que l'on ne peut s'offrir par ces temps de CRISE[/color].......................................

    Mais comment faire?????
    Sans savoir comment réaliser ce fameux programme qui excute ce petit Miracle!
    J' ai une solution 100% fonctionnelle oui c'est possible!
    Cette solution vous fera oublier les cycles de poche, les contournages en pleine matiere.........
    Le tout en utilisant vos fraises serie longues que l'on redoute tous d'utiliser sur toute leur hauteur en pleine matière de peur de les casser!

    Salut a toi Pascal tu me parles de ce que tu as expliqué pour heidenhain comme tu me semble etre tres fort :-D montre nous le resultat sous num! j'attend avec impatiance de lire ce programmme! je te precise qu'il devra etre parametré entierement avec Ø de fraise largeur et longueur de rainure et bien sur le plus important maintenir un debit copeau ap ae le plus inportant possible avec mes conditions de coupe cite en debut de topic


    Au final,5 variables suffises pour paramétrer n'importe quelle rainures de n importe quel largeur,longueur,Øfraise,qualité finition et pas de la trochoïde.
    L1=largeur rainure.
    L2=longueur rainure
    L3=Ø fraise
    L4=pas
    L5=finesse de résolution

    Je te parle de G-Code Num

    ah, j'oubliais! ce que j'ai expliqué en heidenhain est un simplification de l'usinage trochoidal par cercles successifs et là, pas besoin de faire des maths, mais juste de savoir se servir des variables.

    maintenant si tu as vraiment programmé une trochoide, ok, je vais plancher et la programmer, je te donne une reponse dans le courant de la semaine prochaine (tu n'as pas dû sortir le programme en 5 min)

    juste pour info, tu as mis combien de temps a sortir un programme "viable"? (j'aime bien les defis!)

    salut pascal pour info environ 4H avec pose cafe....
    en plus je peux faire un contour quelconque autre que des rainures mais sa c'est la cerise sur le gateau j'ai hate de lire ton prog fait vite!
    moi la video est en compression apres je la balance sur mon youtube et un lien ici pour vous.

    Alors là bravo, cela m'a l'air pas mal du tout, et dire que j ai toujours peur de casser ma fraise avec 2mm de profondeur de passe,et le tout sans soft .
    nous voudrions en savoir plus,peux tu m'envoyer le G-code par MP

    j'espere que tu as bien recu ce que tu voulais as tu mis en pratique peux tu me dire si sa ta permis de gagner en productivite a la hauteur de ce que tu en attendais?

    salut,
    oui,j'ai essayer cet après-midi sur ma fraiseuse numérique qui n est pas de toute jeunesse sous NUM750 et le programme fonctionne correctement.J' ai usiné une rainure avec les conditions de coupe que tu as indiquées et cela c est passé a merveille.Sur une série de pièce qui revient fréquemment cela va me faire gagner un temps fou, je te dirai le gain de temps par la suite.J'attend avec impatiente la suite.
    Je posterai a mon tour une vidéo (si je peu).
    C'est dingue ce que l on peu faire avec des variables je n y avais jamais pensé.
