bonjour je viens a vous car j'ai un gros problème. Je suis en train de réaliser une delta 3D et je bloque complètement sur l’électronique et la programmation.

Alors en électronique j'ai une arduinio mega 2560 et une ramps 1.4.
J'ai brancher la carte arduino et j'ai fais tous les réglages comme j'ai lu sur ce site http://lesinventionsdenicolas.blogspot.be/2013/10/reglage-du-firmware-partie-2-arduino.html alors quand j'ai eu assembler la ramps sur la carte arduino j'ai installer les pololu brancher les moteur et fais le câblage qui vas de l'alimentation a la ramps et que je connecte l'imprimante a repetier host ( en laient bien sur paramétrer avant ) j'essaye de faire bouger les moteur et rien ne ce passe.

seriez-vous me dire ce que j'ai fait de mal merci

voila je viens de faire le test et tous fonctionne correctement.
Maintenant le problème viens aussi du fait que lorsque j'essayai avec repetier mon hotend n’était pas brancher.

je viens de remettre le firmware deltabot dans l'arduino et quand l'extrudeur est a température et que j'essayer de bouger les moteurs x,y,z avec repetier il bouge tous ensemble sauf celui de l'extrudeur quelle paramètre doit je bouger dans marlin merci d'avance.

l'extrudeur ne bouge pas d'un poile temps que la hot end n'est pas a température :wink:

Demain je vais essayer de placer les moteur sur la machine et essayer de lui donner vie :)

Avant de faire bouger les moteurs et autres, ce sont les endstops en premier à câbler.
http://reprap.org/wiki/G-code
Par exemple le gcode M119 qui permet de tester les endstops.
Dés que tu es certain que les endstops sont opérationnels, tu peux tester les moteurs montés.
Pour tester l'extrudeur à vide - sans la buse il y a moyen de désactiver la sécurité qui empèche l'extrusion à froid avec le gcode M302

salut voila normalement je pense que mes endstop son bien régler. :)
Quand je lance la commande M119 il sont tous marquer comme ouvert et quand j’appui dessus et que je relance la commande il marque triggered

es-que cela est correct pour vous ?

bonsoir aujourd'hui je viens d'enfin monter mes moteurs sur ma machine mes j'ai un gros problème lorsque je suis sur repetier et que je demande pour qu'il fasse le homing les moteurs ne bouge pas et font du bruit. Et quand j'appuie sur la flèche vers le haut pour le "Z" j'ai le moteur "X" et "Y" qui monte vont toucher les endstop puis redescende et l'axe "Z" ne bouge jamais de place. Quand j'appuie sur une des flèche "X" le moteur bouge des fois dans un sens puis dans l'autre.

Je ne ces vraiment pas quoi faire, es-que ce serait un problème de programation avec marlin ??

je pense plutôt que c'est un problème de câblage, tu as du inverser les câbles des moteur. (a1 a la place de a2 par exemple)

Bonjour non je ne pense pas que sa soie ça car quand je lance le fimward test pour voir ci la carte fonctionne et les moteur aussi la il n'y aucun problème il tourne comme il faut

alors oui ce n'e'st pas un problème de câblage, peut être une accélération trop brutal pour les moteur ??? :|
fait nous une copie de la partie des réglages mécanique de marlin. :wink:

tu as bien calculer le nombre de pas par mm?
car la tu est a 310 pas pour avancer d'un mm, ca me parait beaucoup mais je n'ai jamais bossé sur une delta donc bon... :roll:

Oui ca fait deja une belle machine :) . Et non je nais pas calculer le nombre de pas par mm comment procède ton. Le système que j'utilise est par câble et sur les axes de mes moteurs j'ai un une barre de 15mm de diamètre

pour calculer c'est simple.
un moteur fait 200pas pour faire 1 tour
mais on les contrôle en micropas ce qui fait qu'il faut faire 200*16=3200 pas pour 1 tour

ton diamètre de poulie est de 15mm, et donc a un périmètre de 15pi=47.12mm
donc pour faire bougé ton câble de 47.12mm ton moteur fait 3200pas.
avec un produit en croix tu trouve le nombre de pas pour bougé d'un seule mm.
soit 3200/47.12=67.9

ton moteur doit faire 68 pas pour que ton câble avance d'1mm :wink:

remplace la valeur dans marlin et refait des essaie.

elle a l'air pas trop mal t'as machine, tu peut poster quelque photos d'ensemble? :-D
et c'est quoi que tu utilise comme câble, ça m'intéresse :lol: ?

voila quelque photo lorsqu'il ni avait pas encore l’électronique de monter, j'en mettrai demain avec l'électronique. Et pour le fil c'est du coton a crocheter que j'ai trouver dans les truc a ma mère :-D il a l'air de ne pas se détendre après on verra :).

Demain je vais changer la valeur comme tu me la dit et je referait des tests, merci beaucoup pour ton aide et bonne soirée. :)

Je n'ai jamais touché à a configuration des pin :s je n'en voit pas l'intérêt, si tu utilise une ramps 1.4 tout est déjà bien paramétré.
Pour quel raison a tu fait ça?
je n'ai jamais touché a autre chose de config.h en faite, donc la je ne peut pas t'aidé :roll:

tu as essayer en modifiant le nombre de pas?
